Partnered with Engineering and Security to redesign the AMA Sign-in (SSO) experience using role-based UX logic and HIPAA-aligned interaction patterns

Impact

38% increase in account creation, based on analytics following rollout of the unified SSO experience across AMA platforms.

Proposed SSO framework adopted as the standard for all member-facing systems, enabling consistent, HIPAA-compliant access across web and mobile platforms.
