American Medical Association (AMA)

December 2016 – May 2019

  • Led cross-functional redesign of the AMA single sign-on experience across four platforms, aligning UX with HIPAA compliance and backend access logic.

  • Defined a role-based authentication strategy and introduced a point-based data sensitivity model, resulting in a 38 percent increase in account creation and a 21 percent reduction in failed logins.

  • Standardized access and authentication UX patterns in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Security teams, significantly reducing support ticket volume.

  • Reimagined the Apply and Renew membership flow using adaptive UX and segmentation data, increasing conversion by 3.7 percent across targeted audiences.


Full Stack Software Engineer

  • Built and tested enterprise call-routing web applications and data analytics dashboards using Ruby on Rails and AngularJS.
